我所承办的业务主要对象：

    外商投资企业、股份制企业、上市公司、国营企业和其他非公有经济，涉及到工业、商业、交通、房地产、宾馆、金融业、信托投资、证券公司等各行业。业务范围也是比较广泛的，主要有：年度审计、资本验证、盈利预测鉴证、管理咨询、资产评估、代理报税、会计顾问、投资项目的财务可行性研究以及专业培训等。为知识客观形势需要，按照有关领导部门的要求，我所对资产评估业务专门设立了上海上会资产评估有限公司，继续接受委托承办评估业务。目前我所接受委托承办各项业务的客户有300多家。

The scope of our service covers annual auditing, capital verification, profit forecast auditing, management consulting, assets appraisal, agent in tax declaration, accounting consulting, financial feasibility study of investment and professional training, etc. In order to adapt to the developing situation, SCPA has specially established a firm, Shanghai Assets Appraisal Company Limited, to accept trusts for assets appraisal. At present, we provide various services for more than 300 clients.
